New Resorts Coming to Cabo
JW MARRIOTT® LOS CABOS: 300-room resort that will be spread out over 14-acres overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The hotel will feature 3 restaurants, 13,000 square feet of banquet space, an indigenous temazcal sweat lodge, and an extensive spa and teen centre.
SOLAZ – a Luxury Collection Hotel, Los Cabos: 150-room Starwood® Hotel opening June 2017.
RITZ-CARLTON RESERVE®: Opening 2017 and will offer 124 private single oceanfront villas.
THE CAPE – a Thompson Hotel: Opening 2015 and will feature 161 rooms and the Glass Box, an 882 square foot meeting space with a capacity for 45. This striking, contemporary glass enclosed cube, will be designed by architect Javier Sanchez. The total meeting space will accommodate up to 180 guests and will offer a garden terrace, an open-air rooftop with sweeping views of the ocean and the famous Arch.
CHILENO BAY RESORT & RESIDENCES: Opening in 2016. Chileno Bay Resort & Residences is a new beachfront Cabo resort and residential community. This will be the second property under Auberge’s new Resorts Collection lifestyle hospitality brand. Poised to bring a vibrant, new resort experience to Los Cabos. The development’s Phase 1 will feature a boutique luxury resort with guest suites and contemporary beach villas for a total of 92 accommodations. The resort is nestled within the 1,200-acre Chileno Bay master development.
NOBU HOTEL: Opening in 2017, the 200-room resort will feature a signature Nobu Restaurant and Bar located on the beachfront of the Pacific Ocean delivering the famed Nobu experience framed with remarkable views. The resort will also boast an array of facilities including event and meeting space, a luxury spa, retail stores, a variety of unique dining and lounging experiences, and much more.
MONTAGE LOS CABOS: Opening late 2017, featuring 122 expansive guest rooms and suites along with 52 residences.
