It all starts once you walk out of the airport and are greeted by your personal driver. We were fortunate to have their transportation manager, Milton, at our service as he is always providing service to C-Level executives and captains of industry.

He immediately helped us with our luggage and offered us clean/cool towels to freshen up which was something we had never received from a transportation service. As we handed our towels back, we were handed cold Corona beers and entered into a black-on-black SUV.

We took our first sips as the vehicle started and the music vibrated through the premium sound system of our private vehicle. Our vacation had officially begun! We were in such a good mood singing familiar songs while enjoying the sights along the coast as well as the cool A/C. We rode along for nearly 30 minutes from SJD airport to the “Villa La Roca” located in a private neighborhood named Pedregal. Once past the security gates, it was a short 5-minute drive to our villa. We drove by one luxury home after another wondering if we would catch a celebrity outside.

 

 

 

We approached the top of a road to the gigantic and gorgeous estate. We were escorted into the home and immediately greeted by co-owner, Brian Nixon, Chef Jorge Gonzales, and Butler Fernando Galaviz Palacios. Their warm welcome and availability gave us peace of mind that we could completely relax without worrying about one thing. Brian showed us to the balcony while Jorge prepared us an appetizer and Fernando prepared us some drinks.

“Wow…” is what immediately comes to mind once you pass the marbled-out kitchen and dining area onto the most beautiful coastal view we had ever seen in our lives. The waves crashing against the cliffs cleared our minds as we enjoyed the view of the Cabo San Lucas, beaches, and drifting ships in the Pacific Ocean. There were even peaks of whales splashing in-and-out of the ocean. It was truly a slice of heaven.

We threw on our swimsuits to enjoy the last couple hours of Mexican sunshine by the pool. Fernando immediately put cold margaritas in our hands as soon as we laid on the lounge chairs. After a few sips, we could not help but test the water. It was a perfect temperature. Fresh salsa and guacamole dip with tortilla chips were served to us poolside. We enjoyed these and another round of drinks over an immaculate sunset. Fernando is quite the “mixologist” as he always has the perfect amount of salt around his tasty concoctions.

“Villa La Roca” is simply magical. You might need a GPS to get around this enormous dream home. Every corner is charming and we fell in love…

Our amazing experience went without a hitch. We wondered how their service is so pristine. Handpicked staff members with quality experience were the answer. Chef Jorge has been making stomachs happy for 16 years and is one of eight culinary specialists on the team. As head chef with Cabo Luxury for 5 years, he draws his inspiration from the complete satisfaction from the client. He always goes the extra mile to ensure they had more than just a meal, but also an experience. His most requested dishes are Fresh Sea Bass in a Garlic Meunier, Mahi Mahi Ceviche, Coconut Shrimp, Steak with Lobster, Veracruz Fish, Lobster Bisque, and  Grilled Tenderloins with enchiladas and a creamy poblano pepper & corn sauce. They always make sure to serve the freshest foods available and cooked-to-order. They shop for your groceries daily and it is your choice to have your chef for every meal of the day or if you rather have some privacy, you can opt for only certain meals.

Butler Fernando Galaviz Palacios has been putting and keeping smiles on faces for 15 years. Born and raised in Los Cabos, he is very knowledgeable of the area and appreciative of his team. He worked with Chef Jorge over the past 10 years and loves how he is respected by all his co-workers and management. Fernando is dedicated to his clients and loves meeting new people to be of service to them. It’s fulfilling for him to see the smiles on their faces as he serves up their favorite cocktails while sharing stories. He enjoys the mutual respect and generous tips from his extremely happy clients. His most requested drinks are Margaritas, Daiquiris, Pina Coladas, and fresh fruit waters.

Owners Brian Nixon and Justin Dow are the pillars of leadership behind all the magic of Cabo Luxury. These two South Georgian boys brought their Southern Hospitality to Baja California. They literately did when they relocated to Mexico after their inspiring first vacations left them enamored with the beautiful scenery, limitless adventure, and relaxed lifestyle. They enjoyed their visits so much that they were compelled to recreate their vacations of a lifetime with more Americans. They now take care of clients around the globe.

Even though Brian and Justin lived only 45 minutes apart in South Georgia, they did not first meet each other until they lived a street away in Cabo San Lucas and learned they had many mutual friends. Brian has deep roots in the service industry with his thriving concierge business. Justin is a strong realtor who deals with high-profile clients and 5-star properties. They kept referring business to one another until it made perfect sense to create Cabo Luxury to consistently offer Southern Hospitality and best-in-class, professional service to the visitors of Cabo that cannot be matched anywhere else.
