Puerto Los Cabos Marina Development
It seems that the leisure industry is booming in southern Baja. There are huge resorts going up all over.
The Puerto Los Cabos Marina and Golf Development has a number of huge resorts currently under construction. Likewise, Chileno Bay is another big development in the corridor. Tiger Woods has designed a golf course next to Diamante Golf development (Davis Love Design) on the Pacific Coast of Cabo. Quivira Golf Development is up and running. All these are projects that are relatively new.
On the East Cape, in the village of La Ribera, there is another large development in the works. Cabo Riviera Marina and Golf Resort is under construction. A wonderful concept where owners on the water will be able to moor their boat right in front of their property. There is a Robert Trent Jones designed golf course being built as well. These are exciting times for the “sleepy peninsula”. Investment opportunities seem to be everywhere!
